Martha Graham Dance Company Gala 2022

In 2022, I served as a Production Assistant for the Martha Graham Dance Company’s annual Gala in New York City. In this role, I supported the event’s artistic and logistical operations, contributing to a seamless experience for guests, performers, and partners. My responsibilities included coordinating guest check-in and security, ushering, and managing communication with multiple vendors to ensure timely setup. I also organized event assets and led the placement and styling of furniture and décor throughout the venue. This experience strengthened my skills in event production, vendor relations, and creating a polished, guest-centered environment for a major arts organization.
