I worked on site as a Production Assistant for Glow Recipe’s 2026 Glow Con Conference, supporting all phases of the event from setup through execution. Responsibilities included assisting with event load-in and setup, providing behind-the-scenes support to Glow Recipe’s CEO, and ensuring smooth day-of operations throughout the conference. This role required adaptability, discretion, and hands-on coordination in a fast-paced, high-profile brand environment.
